Accessibility statement

Last updated 23 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use Haviland’s website, including people with disabilities. This statement explains what we have done, what still falls short, and how to reach us.

1. Our standard

We designed this website to meet Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), at level AA. We are working towards full conformance, and we describe the gaps we know about below.

2. What we have done

  • Text meets WCAG AA contrast levels against its background.

  • Pages are organised with headings, so screen-reader users can move between sections.

  • The 3D model, the animated product window and the build log have text descriptions, and the information they show is also written on the page.

  • Animations respect your device’s reduce-motion setting.

  • Links, buttons, the questions and answers, and the invite form can be reached and used with a keyboard.

  • Form fields have visible labels.

3. Known limitations

  • The 3D model can be turned only with a mouse or touch. Everything it shows is also described in text.

  • Some text fades in as you scroll. With reduce motion switched on, it appears in full straight away.

  • An independent accessibility expert has not yet audited this website.

4. Contact our accessibility coordinator

If something on this website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email legal@haviland.software and tell us the page and the problem. We will reply as soon as we can and fix what we can.
